Associate Network Administrator (2 Positions)

Job Description:

  • Network administration of Cisco Based Network Devices located globally.
  • Work with team to ensure Network availability and all services security.
  • Work with team to ensure service quality and redundancy.
  • Review performance/resource utilization graphs for all Network Devices in i2c Infrastructure.
  • Perform monitoring of network infrastructure which includes connectivity and network and voice quality/paths, from troubleshooting to until issue is fixed.
  • Updating Cisco Devices IOS with the latest and stable release through Cisco CCO account.
  • Review bandwidth and resource utilization and make recommendations for any upgrades.
  • Perform continuous research work on latest technologies for improving our network infrastructure and self skills by attend internal technical and domain trainings.
  • Build skills for backup and performance tuning network platform.
  • Ensure that all network components that we have in our infrastructure must have redundancy within data center and across the data center, let management know if there is any system without redundancy within or across data center.
  • Work with team to come up with ideas on improving network infrastructure.
  • Ensure the backup of all network devices on daily basis.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum Education: BSCS/BSCE/BS Telecom or BS Electrical(Specialization: Telecom /CS).
  • Required Experience: Fresh.

Skills:

  • Good analytical and arithmetic skills.
  • Good subject knowledge either in computer science or telecommunication.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good Knowledge on Cisco security appliances (ASA, PIX).
  • Good Knowledge on AAA.
  • Good Knowledge on VPNs.
  • Good Knowledge on BGP.
  • Good Knowledge on Route Maps.
  • Good Knowledge on IPS/IDS.
  • Good Knowledge on IME.
  • Good Knowledge on ORION.
  • Good Knowledge on Cisco Works.
  • Good Knowledge on Static Routing with tracks.
  • CCNA & CCNA-Security Certified will be plus point for this position.
