Position Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our new Omaha call center operation that serves consumer cardholders. We are looking for CSR agents with English and/or bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking ability.
Job Description:
- Provide customer support to consumer cardholders
- Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support operational performance
- Share shift summaries and any required reporting with respective Supervisors and Managers
- Manage to completion any task assigned by management
- Responsible for following information security tasks as part of the work scope
- Position requires both voice and none-voice support
We are looking for:
- Intermediate. A bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a similar position
Skills:
- Relevant CSR experience preferably with a background in call center operations
- Excellent verbal skills and professional demeanor with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service
- Familiar with basic computer operations
- Excellent personal skills
- Comfortable providing written communication
- Minimal to no accent for English speakers
