Job Description:
Lead Business Process Re-Engineering Activity
Document Business Processes
Recommend Processes changes to reduce friction in existing processes
Assist in implementing lean thinking methodology
Assisting in Incident Management Reporting
Participate in non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions
We are looking for:
Education: BS (CS), BBA/MBA
Experience: 3+ years Experience
Skills:
Excellent understanding of SDLC especially Agile and SCRUM processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and grasp over RCA techniques such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
Ability to communicate and work effectively in cross functional teams
Excellent documentation skills
Proven work experience in process engineering
Excellent technical skills
Knowledge of process related standards
Experience in process simulations
Familiarity with payment card industry regulations
Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
Analyze and improve business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies and effectiveness
Document processes and procedures using standard methodologies and tools
Apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to identify and plan improvements (process and technology) including identifying the current process, applying best practices, and creating performance measurements
Contribute to the design and implementation of organization-wide process-centric methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Metrics, Goal Alignment, etc.)
Analyze process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, and impact of recommended changes
Work with internal customers to establish and maintain excellent working relationships, resolve issues, and promote team services and capabilities
Participate in non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions
Facilitate organizational change
Should understand Value Stream Mapping and Lean Thinking Methodology and should be able to work on these models
Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience of planning & reporting tools, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Knowledge of Compliance best practices in management and improving business processes
Hands on experience of process automation in SharePoint and Power BI tools
Working knowledge or experience in business process modeling
