Chargeback Analyst (04 Positions)

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Description:

  • Research and understand latest chargebacks related rules and regulations
  • Perform in-depth dispute analysis and research
  • Take effective and timely decisions on suspicious activities and report cases
  • File disputes with networks (Master, VISA etc.)
  • Report fraudulent activities to networks (MasterCard, VISA, etc.)
  • Client training(s)
  • Evaluate current processes and policies; recommend improvements
  • Work in day and night shifts to ensure 24/7 operations

We are looking for:

  • Fresh to 3 years experience


  • Knowledge of MC, VISA and DISCOVER network rules will be a plus
  • Prior experience in the banking industry would be a plus
  • Good customer experience sense
  • Strong listening and learning abilities
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills
  • Strong mathematics and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a team and effectively across functions, levels and departments
  • Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines
  • Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
