Project Coordinator - IT OPS (03 Positions)

Job Description:

  • Due to increase in workload, we need Project Coordinators for Product Support and Chargeback teams to oversee all types of projects from simple activities to more complex plans for both teams.
  • To ensure the implementation of all training programs and NHDP of new hires in Product Support.
  • To conduct internal departmental meetings like RPC, DRB, review on production versions and other projects related meetings and circulate minutes of meeting.
  • To support in assigning tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks to different internal teams . 
  • To present tickets in Engineering RPC meeting and maintain complete tickets tracking sheet.
  • To set priority of tasks according to the requirement of the department.
  • To review and monitor tickets through OTRS.
  • To ensure 24/7 availability.
  • To build good relationships with the other departments of the organization.
  • To provide support in administrative tasks of the department.

We are looking for:

  • CS degree with drive for resource and project management.
  • Fresh or 0-3 years.

Skills:

  • Team player and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good in Follow ups.
  • Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines.
  • Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead.
  • Command over office applications and Web Application.
