Project Coordinator (03 Positions)

Job Description:

  • Work directly with leadership, support project management discipline, coordinate, facilitate communication and gather information that help leaders make decisions
  • Setting up meetings and managing schedules are a part of this. Ensuring team members deliver on assigned responsibilities
  • If you are great with PowerPoint, that’s a bonus. You’ll do administrative tasks to support the team. Attend team, management and client meeting, take notes and circulate minutes
  • Develop project plans and support senior team members in their planning. You understand work-breakdown and other basics of project management
  • You will find and collate information from various sources, such as our Online Ticketing System, our Project Management System, and more
  • Creating and maintaining shared information makes us more efficient and helps us maintain corporate intelligence. We’ll ask you to maintain SharePoint and shared directories to make information that the team needs available and searchable. If you have SharePoint experience, that is a bonus
  • Email Template development
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

We are looking for

  • Bachelors degree is required. If you have training or experience in project management, your degree can be in any discipline
  • Fresh

  • Tactful and tenacious follow up and follow through
  • Critical thinker that will test assumptions, ask clarifying questions and anticipate needs. You don’t just give what’s asked for, you think about what else may be needed
  • Desire to work with people of different cultures, develop an understanding of cultural differences and why these differences are a competitive advantage – which should be recognized, honored, and celebrated
  • Training or experience in project management
