- 24×7 Monitoring of Mission Critical and Financial Applications. – i-e Transaction processing, Funds transfer, Direct deposit, Web Services and Applications, Mobile apps
- Production services verification and ensuring successful delivery
- Incident Management (Conference Bridges / Client-Vendor communication)
- Problem Management (Identify common issues and provide feedback for improvement to supervisor(s) and relevant stakeholders.)
- SLA Management (Maintaining Service Level Agreement for clients)
- Correspondence with clients & inter-departmental communication.
- In-house Product Trainings
- Data Preparation for analysis purpose
- Business Matrix and Reports for higher management.
- Maintenance Management (Internal/External Notifications, Tracking and Timely Execution)
Education: BSCS, BSSE, BBIT, MCS
