Content Marketing Manager (01 Position)- Remote

Job Description:

  • Become knowledgeable of the i2c brand, messaging and solution set to create content that supports the company’s objectives and desired identity
  • Create content for lead generation campaigns, blogs, white papers, data sheets and brochures, social media posts, digital ads, video scripts, etc
  • Proficient understanding of the principles of content marketing and best practices related to lead generation and driving leads through the sales funnel
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to create content and monitor its effectiveness over time (A/B testing, ROI, etc.)
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation, graphic design and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Use target keywords to write search-engine copy that is optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining informative, captivating and on message
  • Curate weekly company digest using online portal/publishing tool, generating top 10 articles for distribution to 40K+ subscribers
  • Stay abreast of current lead gen/targeted marketing best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of the company
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Engagement Team teams to identify and create content for use in revenue generating efforts/li>
  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for the company (bringing prospects into and through the sales funnel)

We are looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing or Journalism
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B content marketing (in a similar role)

  • Team player – strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration, problem solving, and ideation to improve the relationships between Marketing, Sales, Product, and the Client Engagement Team
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
  • Expertise with writing creative copy that coincides with keywords used in SEO efforts
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Intermediate level analytical skills to perform pre/post-campaign analysis
  • Ability to distill both quantitative and qualitative data to generate key insights
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Financial / payments industry experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
