Digital Marketing Manager (01 Position)

Job Description:

  • Plan, build and execute cross-channel communications, campaigns, and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
  • Segment and manage databases to create effective mailing lists
  • Conceptualize marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of target persona
  • Work closely with graphics and content teams for campaign needs
  • Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns ensuring deliverability and better performance
  • Understand and evaluate metrics for effective campaign performance reporting
  • Define KPIs and create reporting dashboards to analyze campaign performance and ROI
  • Oversee campaigns from creation to analysis and reporting
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead grading, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
  • Other digital marketing duties as assigned

We are looking for

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Communication; Master’s Degree a plus
  • 5-7 years’ experience

Skills:

  • Solid technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or other marketing automation platform
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions-led approach
  • Understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline driven environment
  • Solid knowledge of email best practices and compliance
  • Excellent communication skills -written, verbal and presentation
  • Digital awareness – understands the digital ecosystem; has strong point of view on how brand is distribution and experienced through various digital channels; experience with applying digital strategies to B2B complex buying environment
