Senior Business Analyst (05 Positions)

Job Description:

  • Deliver compelling performance analyses independently – with crisp data visualizations, observations and recommendations.

  • With a clear understanding of i2c and our industry, you inspire clients to collaborate on ideas, find common goals, and use more of the i2c platform.
  • Oversee and conduct data analysis, summarize key observations and recommendations. Develop action plans based on those recommendations.
  • Utilize descriptive and predictive analytics to discover new insights, and build data products.
  • User Analytics - Understanding user behavior throughout the lifecycle - channels, drivers of churn, user engagement, impact of notifications.
  • Predictive analytics – Work collaboratively on developing recommendation engines to drive engagement with end-users.
  • Marketing measurement - Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Product analytics - Understand the impact of product features and experience on business KPIs.
  • Provide comprehensive analytics support to partner teams, develop tools, resources, and relevant analytic solutions to empower data access and self-service.
  • Mentor team members, and work to continually improve our work product.
  • Provide input into the data strategy to ensure better integration of the company’s data asset and analytic capability.
  • Create visualizations that elegantly represent complex information.
  • Regularly communicate analysis to stakeholders and executives in verbal, visual, and written media.
  • Participate in client conversations and develop deep understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunities.

We are looking for:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate in Economics, Experimental Psychology, Mathematics, Operational Research, Information Science, Engineering, Statistics. (MS or MBA preferred).
  • Required Experience: 05-08 years.

Skills:

  • Creativity.
  • A practiced storyteller, with a knack for communicating concepts in presentations.
  • Excellent with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You find ways to do things smarter through automation.
  • Fluency with data, analytics, and visualization technologies (SQL, MicroStrategy, R, Python, VBA, etc).
  • Experience with predictive modeling, churn analysis, time series forecasting, computer vision, text mining, recommender systems, market basket analysis, segmentation.
  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of Machine Learning.
  • Understand the payments and/or retail banking industry.
  • Experience leading and executing analytics projects.
  • Natural curiosity.

  • Commitment to accuracy, honesty and ethics.
  • Background in management consulting.
  • Experience managing analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem solving & Insight generation.
  • Understanding of standard predictive and classification models; when to use and how to interpret results.

  • Experience in the manipulation of large data sets, integration of data across multiple sources and data structuring to facilitate analysis.

  • Experience managing analytics projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Good data sense with ability to connect the data dots to form solid and credible thesis and storylines.
  • Good business acumen with ability to structure the real world problems into quantitative framework to yield proper data science approaches.
  • Strong communication skills.
