Customer Care Specialist - French (01 Position)

Job Description:

  • Provide CS to all our consumers in French.
  • Should be involved in both voice/no voice operations.
  • Follow defined SOP's to contribute towards floor performance.
  • Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors/AM/Managers.

We are looking for:

  • Education: High School/Graduation
  • Experience: 01- 02 years in similar position


  • Must have good written & verbal communication skills in French.
  • Relevant experience preferably with a background from call center.
  • Soft, polite and good understanding of customer services.
  • English spoken & written skills are must.
  • Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently.
  • Familiar with basic computer operations.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Spark to learn and make a career in the relevant field.
