Customer Care Specialist - French (01 Position)Lahore, Pakistan
- Provide CS to all our consumers in French.
- Should be involved in both voice/no voice operations.
- Follow defined SOP's to contribute towards floor performance.
- Share shift summaries and reports with respective Supervisors/AM/Managers.
We are looking for:
- Education: High School/Graduation
- Experience: 01- 02 years in similar position
- Must have good written & verbal communication skills in French.
- Relevant experience preferably with a background from call center.
- Soft, polite and good understanding of customer services.
- English spoken & written skills are must.
- Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently.
- Familiar with basic computer operations.
- Excellent team player.
- Spark to learn and make a career in the relevant field.
