Technical Editor (02 Positions)

Job Description:
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
  • Work with SMEs to understand the requirements and develop technical user- and client-facing content
  • Write release notes, product manuals, user guides, help text, screen descriptions, and FAQs
  • Create and edit documents ensuring aesthetical appeal, layout, correct terminology, style, and structure
  • Coordinate across teams to plan the updates to technical literature
  • Provide support to implement and refine workflow processes
  • Compile and send periodic reports to the team leadership
  • Help Product, Client, and Sales to meet technical documentation requirements
  • Lead or conduct internal training and demo sessions
We are looking for:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 5 years plus of demonstrable Technical Writing experience
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Expertise in technical communication and documentation tools and practices
  • Initiative and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as an editor of technical literature
  • Ability to navigate the organization and engage with teams to obtain technical information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to write in both explanatory and procedural styles and for multiple audiences
