Project Coordinator - IT Operations (01 Position)

Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sheets, reports, action register for implementation clients. 
Preparation and monitoring of ICU Dash board.
Task definition and allocation.
To log and complete tasks as per deadlines.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Reviewing, monitoring and distribution of tasks in ticketing system (JIRA). 
Adherence for laid down processes. Caretaking of the process, existing inside the team and cross team.
Formulating new processes to streamline recurring tasks/objectives.
Coordination with other divisions of organization.

  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in Follow ups
  • Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines
  • Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead
Qualification:
CS degree with drive for resource and project management.

Experience:
Fresh Graduate or 0-3 year relevant

Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills:
Command over office applications and Web Application
