Senior Director Global Talent Acquisition (01 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall global Talent Acquisition strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to forecast and meet hiring needs.
  • Develop global strategy and lead employment engagement initiatives to promote an authentic representation of our i2c brand. 
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for strategic roles within the organization.
  • Coach, support, and influence hiring managers at all levels to ensure recruitment process and activities are consistent, reflect best practices, and brand values while promoting i2c as an employer of choice.
  • Successful candidates will be able to successfully bridge relationships with others and have a strong understanding of metrics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to shape talent strategy and products.
  • Leverage data and analysis to solve complex business and talent problems.
  • Generate hypotheses to drive insight.
  • Develop highly effective relationships with leaders, at all levels, to provide thought partnership and guidance on our recruiting philosophies, processes, tools, and tactics.
  • Oversees selection, training, and development of all global Talent Acquisition staff and provides regular feedback and coaching on performance.
  • Oversees implementation and use of applicant tracking systems including analytic report design and decision points for end user experience.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications team to develop and enhance the employment branding positioning.
  • Establishes replicable framework to accelerate and improve post-new hire onboarding ramp up activities.
  • Oversee drafting of job descriptions and identifying core competencies required for the existing & vacant positions in coordination with the hiring managers / departments.
  • Facilitates in process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the function.
  • Represent i2c in recruitment events such as job fairs, on campus recruitment sessions, company orientation Sessions etc.
  • Plan and organize internal and external recruitment events while leading other recruiters.
  • Place and update postings & advertise assigned positions on CATS, Social Media, LinkedIn groups, placement centers etc.
  • Any task assigned by the management

Required Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle global recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Hands on recruiting experience on different IT technologies including Java, Android, ioS, AI, front end & back-end development technology stack.
  • 10+ years of overall HR experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and responsibility, including at least 5 years leading teams of global recruitment professionals.
  • 5 years of experience in a global, high profile, strategic HR role with executive-level interaction and a high degree of executive influence.
  • Critical knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity, talent management, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Ability to thrive and execute with minimal structure and navigate within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Experience in developing a solid and deep understanding of the business groups' main goals and challenges, then guiding our team of HRBP's in developing or applying solutions to achieve results.
  • Experience driving processes, systems, precedence, and best practices. Assess issues in an organization's operations, structures, and capabilities to develop holistic responses.
  • Ability to mentor and advise where appropriate to enable people grow and develop aligned with business and personal goals.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills, showcasing the ability to influence at all levels and the ability to encourage evolution.
