Senior Campaign Manager

Job Description

• Plan, manage and execute all revenue-generating campaigns, including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, experience design, content orchestration, project/event management, communications and post-event analysis
• Leverage best practices and propose initiatives that anticipate and reflect the company’s needs and industry trends
• Demonstrate ability to create measurable event programming and strategies 
• Determine effectiveness of each event with recommendations including lead generation and awareness to validate ROI
• Research and recommend events by providing cost estimates, resource analyses, potential ROI, competitors, partners, etc.
• Collaborate with Director, Brand & Content with the development of campaign branding, content and marketing initiatives including event landing pages, collateral design, email marketing, etc.
• Research the competitive landscape and apply learning to ensure growth 

We are looking for

• Education: Bachelors degree with marketing, public relations, communications or hospitality
• Experience: 5-8+ years

Skills

• 5-8+ years managing and producing successful events 
• Ability to manage on-site and virtual events  
• Ability to collaborate and inspire teams to work effectively together 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing tools (Pardot, GoTo Webinar) 
• Excellent time and project management skills 
• Must be detail-oriented, a team player and able to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment 
• Willing to travel approximately15% of the time
