Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Lead and inspire the design team in creating innovative and effective visual solutions.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all company materials.
• Ensure that all design elements align with brand guidelines and convey a cohesive message.
• Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Produce high-quality designs that communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to create visual assets that support their objectives.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.

We are looking for

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related fields.
• Experience: 5- 7 Years

Skills

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.
• Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Powerpoint and Google Slides.
