Sr. Motion Designer and Video Editor

Job Description

• Create dynamic and visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance video content. 
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion design elements that align with project objectives. 
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms and purposes. 
• Ensure seamless transitions, pacing, and storytelling within video projects. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and producers, to bring a cohesive vision to life. 
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to meet project requirements and creative objectives.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) to execute motion design and video editing tasks. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Organize and maintain project files and assets in an efficient and structured manner.

We are looking for

• Education: BA/BFA/Masters in Multimedia Design, Film and TV
• Experience: 5-7 years

Skills

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and video editing best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in motion design and video editing. 

Specific Tools, Technologies, or Equipment Skills:

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) FL Studio and DaVinci Resolve
