Director of Business Analysis & Financial Projects

Job Description

• Development of financial analysis to support the company’s strategic plans objectives
• Perform Acquisition analysis on competitors and potential targeted companies
• Development of investor process for required financial documents
• Evaluation of the financials for client, vendors, and product business cases
• Experience with various pricing strategies for SAAS and transaction-based companies
• Cost accounting methodology development for companies cost structure/products
• Provide ad hoc financial reports, analysis, and exhibits as requested.
• Assist in the development of reporting and analytical needs for the business, including dashboards and analytics
• Ability to manage and collaborate with cross functional project team
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations

We are looking for

• Education: 5 + years experience in Financial and Business Analysis
• Experience: MBA Preferred

Skills

• Excellent skills with Microsoft suite - excel, power point etc.
• Payment industry preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
