Job Description

  • Develop automation scripts and applications using Node.js, React, Python, PHP, and other technologies.
  • Create custom tools to enhance monitoring and streamline daily tasks.
  • Integrate telephony systems with web applications for real-time analytics and management.
  • Ensure security and redundancy for all VoIP devices, servers, and web applications.
  • Optimize voice paths for high quality and low latency.
  • Implement best practices for service quality and scalability.
  • Perform analysis and tuning of Linux-based servers for QoS, scalability, and high availability.
  • Manage Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and scaling.
  • Administer SMPP / API-based SMS technologies for robust messaging services.
  • Provide system administration for Asterisk PBX, IVR, and global call center servers.
  • Conduct continuous research on emerging technologies to improve telephony infrastructure.
  • Design and maintain dashboards for 100% real-time monitoring and alerting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features and resolve issues.
  • Assist in designing databases and backend systems for telephony applications.

We are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's in CS
  • Experience: 0-3

Skills

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, React, Python, PHP, and other modern programming languages.
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with Asterisk PBX, IVR, SMPP, and other telephony technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux server administration.
  • Familiarity with network protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) and VoIP security.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
