Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and objectives.
Develop creative concepts for video content that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Uphold brand consistency across all video content.
Create compelling and impactful scripts that communicate key messages and engage the target audience.
Develop detailed storyboards to guide the production team in visualizing the final product.
Formulate comprehensive video production plans, including timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external teams, including videographers, editors, and other production staff.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Direct on-set activities, providing guidance to the production crew and ensuring adherence to creative vision and quality standards.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of video shoots, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with editors and post-production teams to ensure the final product meets the highest quality standards.
Provide creative input during the editing process, ensuring the video aligns with the initial vision.
Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.

Proven experience as a Senior Video Producer or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful video projects.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Proficient in video editing software and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
