Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Projects: Oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• HR Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop functional specifications and design solutions that align with business objectives.
• System Configuration: Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruitment to meet specific business requirements.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Issue Resolution and Support: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within the Oracle Fusion HCM system. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with business needs.

We are looking for

• Education: Masters degree in HR, ACCA, or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Skills

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

 

• Educational Background: Master’s degree in HR, ACCA qualification, or equivalent.
• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including implementation methodologies, configuration, and software development lifecycle.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess HR processes and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical specifications.
