Sr. Software Engineer - CMG

Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD TeamCity, or Bitbucket
• Manage source code repositories using Git and platforms like Bitbucket
• Deploy and manage applications on Linux-based on-prem servers
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible or Terraform
• Manage containerized applications using ArgoCD, Docker and basic orchestration with Kubernetes
• Configure and support web/application servers such as Nginx, Apache HTTP Server, and Tomcat
• Monitor systems and applications using Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana
• Perform production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Ensure system security, backups, high availability, and disaster recovery readiness
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Network, and Infrastructure teams for smooth releases

Education

BS (CS, SE, CE, IT)

Experience

2–3 Years (On-Prem Data Center Preferred)

Technical Skills

• Strong Linux system administration skills
• Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
• Scripting knowledge (Bash / Python / PowerShell)
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server)
• Understanding of SDLC, release, and change management processes
• Hands-on experience with TeamCity integrated with Bitbucket
• Experience managing CI agents, build queues, and repository integrations
• Exposure to large-scale parallel build environments and on-prem CI infrastructure
