Job Description

  • Full-Cycle AP Management: Execute the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, from invoice entry to final disbursement.
  • Payroll Administration: Process monthly staff payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries and staff benefits.
  • Tax Compliance: Calculate, deduct, and deposit Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with local regulations and assist in periodic tax filings.
  • Staff Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, or expense reimbursements, providing timely resolutions.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform daily or weekly bank reconciliations to ensure the ERP ledger matches bank statements.
  • Vendor Management: Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor statements to ensure liability accuracy and resolve aging balances.
  • Month-End Execution: Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing accruals, prepayments, and necessary journal entries.
  • ERP Maintenance: Ensure data integrity within Oracle Fusion (or EBS) for all sub-ledger activities.
  • Internal Controls: Maintain strict adherence to financial SOPs and the Delegation of Authority (DoA).
  • Audit Readiness: Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external auditors related to payroll and payables.

We are looking for

  • Education: Masters in Accounting & Finance + ACCA/ ICAP Finalist (Preferred)
  • Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Skills

  • Financial Accounting: Strong grasp of accrual accounting, tax laws (WHT), and payroll regulations.
  • ERP Expertise: Direct experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite or SAP B1 (Financials) is highly preferred.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local tax filing portals and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive staff payroll data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Analytical Skills: High proficiency in reconciling complex datasets across different platforms.
    ERP Systems: Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS or any reputable ERP Application.


    Specific Tools, Technologies, or Equipment Skills:
  • Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced Excel skills (Data validation, Nested Ifs, and Power Query for large reconciliations).
  • Banking Portals: Experience with corporate online banking platforms for bulk salary and vendor payments.
  • Tax Portals: Experience with government tax e-filing systems for monthly withholding statements
