Job Description

  • Manage sheets, reports, action register for implementation clients. 
  • Preparation and monitoring of ICU Dashboard.
  • Ability to work in Technical Environment
  • Efficiency in MS Office and Project Management
  • Task definition and allocation.
  • To log and complete tasks as per deadlines.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Reviewing, monitoring and distribution of tasks in ticketing system (JIRA). 
  • Adherence for laid down processes. Caretaking of the process, existing inside the team and cross team.
  • Formulating new processes to streamline recurring tasks/objectives

We are looking for

  • Education: CS degree with drive for resource and project management
  • Experience: 1-3 years

Skills

  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in Follow ups
  • Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines.
  • Self-organized with the ability to plan ahead.
  • Intermediate or Advance level Excel expertise 
  • Command over office Applications, Web Application and PPT
