About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Core Banking and Money Movement Products to lead the global strategy, development, and commercialization of our Core Banking, Payment Hub, Debit, and Prepaid solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Product, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our banking and payments platform, ensuring it remains innovative, scalable, and best-in-class.

As a senior product leader, you will define and execute a bold roadmap, drive market adoption, and position i2c as a thought leader in the industry. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver solutions that meet evolving client needs and set new standards in financial services.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Innovation

• Develop and execute a global product strategy for Core Banking and Money Movement (Payment Hub) solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product strategies to support continued growth of these products into new geographies and new client segments.
• Support partner teams (Sales, Client Engagement, Marketing, and other executives) in client-facing and market-facing efforts to grow sales of these products
• Champion a forward-thinking approach to product design and functionality.

Product Development & Commercialization

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to global market launch.
• Define go-to-market strategies and ensure successful commercialization and adoption.
• Own the go-to-market approach for all products in the portfolio, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and inspire a high-performing global product management team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop talent to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Market Analysis & Positioning

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
• Define product positioning and messaging to ensure market leadership and differentiation.
• Serve as a thought-leader and public face of i2c’s Core Banking and Money Movement product suite

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of product management experience in banking, payments, or financial technology.
• Proven success in launching innovative products globally and driving adoption.
• Deep expertise in cloud-based SaaS payments/banking solutions, core banking technologies, real-time money movement, payment networks, debit/prepaid products, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage with engineering teams and external partners.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional global teams.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and market innovation.
