Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who’s able to plan, execute, track & analyze and report on all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Conversion Optimization and Campaign Management.

Key Responsibilities

 

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO/SEM, GEO/AEO, email marketing, and paid social.
  • Conduct keyword research, target segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Identify key stages of the marketing funnel and create plans to maximize lead velocity through all stages of the funnel.

Analytics & Reporting:

 

  • Track, analyze, and report on Marketing funnel, website traffic, campaign performance, and KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot, HotJar and Looker Studio.

Organic and Paid Social:

 

  • Oversee social media platforms and content creation to enhance brand engagement.
  • Manage social media calendar and optimize for maximum engagement and reach.

ABM and Campaign Optimization:

 

  • Create and implement Account Based Marketing plan across all tiers of prospect Accounts.
  • Review and analyze campaign performance for optimal budget and resource allocation.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives and messaging to maximize conversion rates.
  • Craft and edit email and social media copies for each stage of the marketing funnel to maximize conversion rates.

We are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Sciences or similar discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS organization.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEO/SEM tools (SEMrush, ahrefs, screamingfrog, etc.), HubSpot, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret data to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
