Front End Engineer

Job Description

• Develop new user-facing features using React/Angular.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX design wire-frames into high-quality code.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code and quality reviews and ensure the code base is up to our quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development process.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Basic understanding of Figma and how they are translated into responsive Web pages.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and related front-end technologies.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, Foundation, Tailwind, and the CSS GRID system.
• Familiar with W3C and WCAG Standards.
• Proficient with responsive layouts and across-screen performance.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility and cross-site/cross-device support issues and ways to work around them.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Email Templates development experience is required.
• Strong concepts of object-oriented, functional, logic and imperative programming.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a great sense of aesthetics.
• A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good at time management as well as working & finding answers to questions/problems independently.
• Positive attitude and good learning abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast pace, multi-tasking, and deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, SQL, Angular/REACT and WordPress.
